This Privacy Policy describes how QQR Logistics Solutions, Inc. ("QQR," "Company," "us,"
"we," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, retains, and otherwise processes personal information
through its website and related online interactions. This Privacy Policy applies to personal
information collected from website visitors, prospective customers, customer representatives,
vendors, business contacts, and other individuals who interact with the website.

By accessing or using the website, submitting information through the website, or otherwise
interacting with QQR online, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy,
subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.

1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through the website, including information collected when you browse the website, interact with website features, submit a request for a quote, contact QQR, communicate with QQR through forms or email, or interact with technologies used on the website, such as cookies, analytics tools, pixels, tags, and similar technologies. If you submit information on behalf of a company, customer, vendor, carrier, broker, consignee, shipper, or other third party, you represent that you have authority to provide that information and that your submission does not violate any confidentiality, privacy, contractual, or legal obligation.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected offline, through separate contractual relationships, or through third-party websites, platforms, or services that may be linked from the website and that are not controlled by QQR. Third-party services are governed by their own privacy notices and terms.

QQR does not sell personal information for money in the ordinary sense of the term. However, certain uses of cookies, analytics tools, and advertising technologies may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising activity under certain privacy laws, depending on the jurisdiction and the fact

7. Data Retention

QQR retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to respond to inquiries, maintain business and operational records, support ongoing relationships, market services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information, the sensitivity of the information, the purpose for which it was collected, the existence of any actual or potential business relationship, applicable legal or regulatory requirements, litigation hold obligations, and QQR’s legitimate business needs.

The retention period applicable to a particular category of personal information depends on the nature of the information and the purpose for which it was collected. As general guidance:

inquiry and quote-request submissions that do not result in an ongoing business relationship: typically retained for up to three (3) years following the date of submission, subject to legitimate business needs;
records relating to actual or completed transactions, customer relationships, vendor relationships, and similar business dealings: typically retained for the duration of the relationship and for a period thereafter consistent with applicable statutes of limitation, tax requirements, insurance requirements, and recordkeeping obligations;
website analytics, cookies, and similar technical data: typically retained for shorter periods consistent with the purpose of collection;
marketing and communications information: retained for so long as reasonably necessary for ongoing marketing activities, subject to opt-out and unsubscribe rights; and
records subject to legal hold, regulatory inquiry, audit, dispute, or pending or threatened claim: retained for the duration reasonably necessary to address those matters

When QQR determines that personal information is no longer reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or retained, QQR may delete, de-identify, aggregate, archive, or otherwise dispose of the information in accordance with applicable law and internal practices. QQR may decline deletion requests or retain information where retention is required or permitted by law, necessary to complete or document transactions, necessary to establish or defend legal claims, necessary for security or fraud prevention, or otherwise justified by applicable legal or operational requirements.

8. Data Security

QQR uses administrative, technical, organizational, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, destruction, misuse, and loss. Such safeguards may include, as appropriate, firewalls, endpoint protection, security software, access controls, policies and procedures, workforce training, vendor management, monitoring, and other cybersecurity measures.

No method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure. Accordingly, QQR cannot and does not guarantee absolute security. In the event of a security incident affecting personal information, QQR will provide notice to affected individuals and applicable regulators in accordance with applicable law.

9. Individual Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable law and any exceptions, exemptions, or verification requirements, individuals may have certain rights regarding their personal information. Depending on the jurisdiction, those rights may include the right to:

know whether QQR processes personal information about them;
request access to personal information;
request correction of inaccurate personal information;
request deletion of personal information;
obtain a copy of certain personal information in a portable format, where applicable;
opt out of targeted advertising, certain profiling activities, or certain disclosures treated as a
sale or sharing under applicable law;
withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, which will not affect prior lawful
processing; and
appeal a decision relating to a privacy rights request, where required by applicable law.

These rights are not absolute. QQR may deny or limit a request where permitted by law, including where the information is necessary to complete a transaction, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, detect or prevent fraud or security incidents, exercise or defend legal claims, or for other lawful internal purposes.

Individuals may submit privacy requests by emailing info@qqrlogistics.com. QQR may require verification of identity and sufficient information to process the request. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authority and verification information, as permitted by law.

QQR will acknowledge and respond to verifiable privacy rights requests within the time period required by applicable law. Where the law does not specify a response period, QQR will use reasonable efforts to respond within forty-five (45) days after receiving a verifiable request, and may extend that period as permitted by law where reasonably necessary based on the complexity or volume of requests.

An individual may designate an authorized agent to submit a privacy rights request on the individual's behalf. To verify an authorized agent, QQR may require: (i) written authorization from the individual designating the agent (such as a signed permission form or, where applicable, a valid power of attorney); (ii) verification of the individual's identity directly with QQR; and (iii) confirmation from the individual that the agent is authorized to act on the individual's behalf. QQR may deny a request from an agent that does not provide adequate proof of authorization.

QQR will not discriminate or retaliate against any individual for exercising privacy rights under applicable law.

10. U.S. State-Specific Privacy Disclosures

Depending on the individual's state of residence, additional rights and disclosures may apply under state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the "CCPA"), and comparable laws in other states. QQR provides the following supplemental disclosures.

A. Categories of Personal Information Collected, Disclosed, and Used

In the preceding twelve (12) months, QQR has collected the categories of personal information described in Section 2 of this Privacy Policy. QQR has used such personal information for the purposes described in Section 4 and disclosed such personal information to the categories of recipients described in Section 6.

The categories of personal information that QQR may have disclosed for a business purpose include: identifiers and contact information; commercial and business inquiry information; internet or other electronic network activity information; geolocation information; and marketing and communications information.

B. Sensitive Personal Information

QQR does not intentionally collect "sensitive personal information" as that term is defined under the CCPA through the website. To the extent any such information is incidentally collected, QQR does not use or disclose it for purposes that would trigger an obligation to offer a right to limit use under applicable law.

C. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

QQR does not sell personal information for monetary consideration in the traditional sense. However, QQR's use of cookies, analytics tools, advertising technologies, and similar technologies on the website may, in some circumstances, constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for purposes of cross context behavioral advertising under the CCPA or similar laws of other states.

Individuals who are residents of a state granting such rights may opt out of these activities by submitting a request to info@qqrlogistics.com. QQR will also process opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) where required by applicable law.

D. No Automated Decision-Making

QQR does not use personal information collected through the website to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning individuals.

E. Rights Available to Residents of Certain States

Residents of certain states may have the following rights, subject to applicable law and
exceptions:

the right to know or access personal information collected, used, disclosed, or sold;
the right to correct inaccurate personal information;
the right to request deletion of personal information;
the right to portability of certain personal information;
the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and certain targeted
advertising;
the right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information, where
applicable;
the right to opt out of certain profiling activities, where applicable; and
the right to appeal the denial of a privacy rights request, where applicable.

F. Notice of Financial Incentives

QQR does not currently offer financial incentives in exchange for the collection, sale, or
retention of personal information.

G. Shine the Light (California)

California residents may request information regarding QQR's disclosure of personal information
to third parties for those third parties' direct marketing purposes during the immediately
preceding calendar year. QQR does not currently disclose personal information to third parties
for those third parties' own direct marketing purposes.

11. International Visitors and Cross-Border Transfers

The website is operated from the United States and is intended for visitors and businesses located
in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. QQR's services are offered only within North
America.
If you access the website from outside the United States, you acknowledge that your information
may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States. Privacy and data protection
laws in the United States may differ from those of the country in which you reside. Where QQR
is required by applicable law to apply specific protections to information transferred from
another jurisdiction, QQR will do so to the extent legally required.

A. Canadian Residents.

If you are a resident of Canada, QQR will process your personal information in accordance with
applicable Canadian privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic
Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws, where those laws apply to
QQR's processing of your information. Canadian residents may have the right to access and
correct their personal information and to withdraw consent to certain processing activities,

B. Mexican Residents.

If you are a resident of Mexico, QQR will process your personal information in accordance with
applicable Mexican privacy laws, including the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares), where those laws apply to QQR's processing of your information. Mexican residents may have rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition (the "ARCO rights"), subject to legal and contractual restrictions. 12. Do Not Track and Similar Signals

Some browsers and devices may transmit “Do Not Track” or similar preference signals. Because there is no universally accepted standard for responding to all such signals, the website may not respond to every such mechanism uniformly. Where applicable law requires recognition of certain opt-out preference signals, QQR may process such signals in accordance with legal requirements.

13. Children’s Privacy

The website is intended for business and general informational use and is not directed to children under 13 years of age. QQR does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website. If QQR becomes aware that personal information has been collected from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, QQR will take steps it deems appropriate to delete such information as required by law.
