Carrier requirements

To haul for QQR, carriers must meet the following qualifications:
Active operating authority (MC and DOT) for a minimum of 6 months
Unrated" or "Satisfactory" DOT safety rating (Conditional or Unsatisfactory ratings disqualify)
Minimum of 10 verifiable tractor VINs
Current Certificate of Insurance (COI) with QQR listed as certificate holder, meeting QQR's minimum coverage requirements for auto liability, cargo, and general liability
Signed Broker-Carrier Agreement
Completed Carrier Profile
Completed and signed W-9
FMCSA Clearinghouse compliance
Specific coverage amounts and additional requirements vary by freight type, customer needs, or specialized handling (e.g., HVHR, hazmat, cross-border) and will be provided during onboarding.
